  • Another Moment with the McCormicks

I loved reading One More Moment by Elena Aitken, as this is youngest brother, Cal’s story. Cal left his modeling career and ex-girlfriend in Australia to act as his brother Ian in Mr. Summer, the summer’s hottest new show. After meeting local real estate agent, Milena Hill, he is a goner, wanting to date her, kiss her, be with her. Milena transformed her life by getting healthy, kicking out her deadbeat, controlling boyfriend and starting a new career. The last thing she expects is to fall for the incredibly handsome Cal or for him to fall for her. She is not a fan of publicity or being in the tabloids and wonders if she can adapt to the life Cal holds. I truly enjoyed reading this book and had trouble putting this book down. Everytime I read one Ms. Aitken’s books I think she can’t write another better than this one, but she does. Each and every time. Ms. Aitken knows how to tell a wonderful story and makes me want to live in Cedar Springs. This is the third book in The McCormicks series, but each book is a standalone story. I am looking forward to the next book in this series and highly recommend this book to other readers. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Another amazing book about the McCormick family. Each story seems to attack the reader's emotions & feelings. Cal returns home from Australia to star as his brother, Ian, in his wife's, Gwen, movie about her life & Ian's. Cal encounters Milena again, a girl he hardly knew from high school. Milena has been so interested in Gwen's story, because it encouraged her to improve her lifestyle by losing 50 pounds plus transposed her to looking at herself in a positive matter, after recovering from an abusive relationship. Cal & Milena's meeting turned to love, heartache, & truly finding themselves. Add on old girlfriend of Cal & trouble begins to brew. This could be a stand alone book but knowing the family & friends gives the story a beautiful & fulfilling ending. The McCormicks & Cedar Springs make for a fantastic book! Great series & author.

I have read all the books about the McCormick brothers and Elena Aitken didn't disappoint with Cal's book. Cal has come back from Australia to star in Mr. Summer. Milena Hill is a realtor and. Cedar Springs local. Can a relationship work with an up and coming star and someone with esteem issues? This was a beautifully written story about learning to love yourself and accept the things you can't change. Cal was willing to show Milena what was most important to him and he did it in a spectacular fashion. I recommend this and all the other books in this series to everyone looking for some terrific romance reads.

Boy do I love reading about the unforgettable residents of Cedar Springs!! Definitely a place to fall in love! This one did not disappoint either. Cal and Milena are so relatable and Elena's books are so easy to read and enjoy. Every one has obsticales to over come and they didn't escape theirs. Cal the hot new movie star and Milena the now strong real estate agent have destiny in their future! Elena has such an ability to give us the best books ever and these McCormick boys never disappoint! Can't wait for the next installment!!

I haven't read the previous books in this series and I am so sorry that I haven't because this book was awesome. I didn't feel lost in this story but I definitely want to know more about these characters as soon as possible!! Cal has returned home from Australia to star as his brother, Ian, in a new TV show. He isn't necessarily looking for love after being burned by and breaking up with his ex. When he runs into Milena, the attraction is instant and the pull to be with her is strong. Milena is finally gaining some self esteem after moving on from her horrible ex but doesn't quite believe model Cal is really interested in her. Their relationship is built on showing each other all of the amazing things about one another. Even though there are lots of actors in this story, there's a surprising lack of drama. I loved the instant connection between Cal and Milena and the supportiveness of both of their families. There has not been a single book by this author that I haven't enjoyed and this one is no exception. Once I started I wasn't able to put it down. I can't wait to go back and read the first two books so I can visit this family again. *This is my voluntary review of an advanced reader copy*

Amazing book. Could not put the book down. Loved how Cal treated Milena. When things got heated between them. He was right there for her. But could she deal with the Hollywood actor, and everything that came with it? Highly recommend.

I received an ARC of this book for an honest review. I really enjoyed this book and was able to follow along with the characters and events despite not having read the previous books in the series. I did see the correlation that this series (The McCormick's) has with The Springs series. There is a crossover of characters. I really enjoyed the book and didn't want to put it down! I enjoyed it so much that I cleared my calendar and didn't put it down until I was finished! It was a quick and easy read about a budding romance - keep them coming!

Sweet read. Romance, a little steam and of course trials and tribulations. Easy summer read. Great for the beach. Good read. Worth the time spent.
