Really smooth read that was beautifully insightful!

There are many points in this book that could be life changing, and in my opinion even if someone picks up one of those points then it’s worth reading!

Great book!! The book offers great insight into living a long and purposeful life. It is filled with golden nuggets of knowledge to practice in your day-to-day lives. Short and powerful read.

Book was very inspirational. It reminds us that life is precious and to take things slow and enjoy every moment. Lots of examples in the book that we can take into our own lives to improve our own.

There are some excellent ideas and philosophies in this little book. One also learn about the places where people live long and fulfilling lives. Valuable life lessons worth reading.
