I honestly enjoyed the whole book. The message is amazing. Knowing that I’m not the only person who feels that way about myself brings me comfort in knowing that it’s something normal that can be changed.10/10

I felt many of the pieces in this book lacked originality, though it is encouraging in its entirety. Some of the writers could have been pushed further to explore further unique ideals on this subject.
