If you’re looking for a long textbook this book is not it. Is short and packs quick, to the point information in less than 30 pages. I found the content easy to understand, digest and apply. In short this book makes great use of word efficiency as it has little to no fluff and the content is presented efficiently and front and center.

This book has too many typos I can’t take the information as accurate because of that I didn’t get 30% through the book before noticing too many typos and errors that confused me so I decided to delete it I do however think that it could be a very informative book if they would take the time to actually proofread it as to correct all the errors that may leave the reader wondering what’s going on and what are the talking about soooo two stars do better

This book is AMAZING!!! Great Read!!!

Very informative and will prove to be very helpful in my future. A must read for those that want to understand more of why and what is happening in their life.

Wonderful tips

Easy and quick read. The content is adaptable to work and personal life. However, I would have liked to have had some scientific evidence that describes the function of listening as well as strategies for active, dynamic listening.
