Never felt jumpy. Maybe because it was written with a long series in mind. Anyhow I loved the drift across the globe and the slow build up. Will recommend it.

I began this book with low exepctations, and I pretty much got what I expected – an intriguing plot with sloppy writing and far more characters than a book like this needs. It definitely kept me interested, despite the predictable dialogue and shallow characterization, and I would have said this book wasn’t a complete waste of time until I reached the end, and realised that nothing would be resolved in favor of a sequel. There is no chance I will spend more money and time on the sequel. I just don’t care enough about the plot or the people that the author has created here. Please don’t support terrible, lazy writing like this and spend your money elsewhere.

This book is a fun read. It can really creep you out.
