Book Synopsis

The first book about an Ironman® Triathlete's journey to include multi-touch interactive features for the iPad.
Peter Kadzielawski hated running, didn’t own a bike, or know how to swim.  His story will show you that it is possible for someone who struggled through their first 5k to have a change of heart, and complete multiple 140.6 mile endurance events like the Ironman® Triathlon.
Throughout the story you will learn about specific physical and psychological challenges a transformation like this might present. You will also discover many useful training and racing tips along the way, as well as interesting facts about the sport of triathlon.
By joining him on this exciting journey you will see for yourself that it is possible to take on the challenge of the world’s toughest one day endurance event, and become capable of withstanding intense levels of physical activity literally from sunrise to sunset.

This so called "book" is absolutely terrible. It is only 26-pages and reads as a long and boring journal entry more than a book and there is nothing special about the description about four Ironman races where the dude swims breaststroke? It is anti-climatic, the four races he does do not lead to anything special, and cover four pages. If you buy this book, you'll regret wasting your money. Absolutely terrible!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

I wasn't looking for inspiration in any way before reading this. But before I was even half way through it, I realized the author had many of the same barriers I have. He hated running and didn't know how to swim, just like me! The minute I finished reading the last page I was on the web looking for small local triathlons! I especially like the random tips throughout the book. Now I know some of the tricks of the trade that'll give me an edge against the other amateurs! :) Thank you Peter for the totally unexpected inspiration!!
  • Awesome, fun read!

Great inspirational and informative story of transformation and personal accomplishment that most age group triathletes and endurance athletes can relate to. Looking forward to the next one...!!!
