This story was not what was e le Ted, it was, however, do much better. A distinctively enduring tale, and a most interesting, and at times thrilling, story. The mafia world, the drug wars world, the Mexican drug lords, the church, and the cops are rolled up into one fantastic story. Read it, all, you will enjoy the ride.

Very believable and accurate. An astounding story that I’ve now read twice. And I never read books twice.

Excellent read on every page. This is my first of Winslow, but not my last! He explores the wasted billions on a drug war that can’t be won!

His books take you on a trip well worth taking.

This has been a very great read for me while i attended college. Has opened my eyes to the awful truth of the war on drugs. It has given me a inspiration to once again write. Its context is totally beleivable and the parallels are fantastic. I am excited to read the continuation of this book. Its awesome. The ending is even better then the beginning. Don Winslow has become my inspiration.
