Lilia Moon's Shaded Lines was a fascinating story. Daley and Callum make a fascinating pair, she's most definetly not a submissive and he is an experienced Dom. Ayer something inside just connects and the showed the beauty of the growing self awareness required for that connection. While each of the books in this story can be read as stand alone stories the relationships between the woman and between the men that flow through the books are extremely satisfying to see. I received an advance reader copy.
  • I love this story with its older couple!

Callum is an older friend of Matteo and Rafe. When he stops for a visit, he meets Daley, an artist. I DO enjoy reading about an older couple! They’ve each been married before and are not expecting to find love again. Their relationship becomes far more than they anticipate. Their exploration of the possibilities leads them in interesting directions. I am fascinated by the process Daley uses to reveal the hidden portion of her subjects. She says she is “making art of tears and dust and truth.” Interestingly, Callum’s insights and techniques are also adept at revealing the soul, as Daley discovers. I adore them as a couple; their story makes me very happy!
