Erin Wright pushes past comfort zones to write relatable stories about characters that more real than people you may know in person. Baked with Love takes you through the journey of someone who has been flattened by a series of events. As someone who has been through my own series of events recently that sort of flattened me, it was heartening to read how the character came through and emerged stronger for it. I’m still working my way there, but I do have the hope of better days coming!

Definitely not half baked! You’ll laugh, you’ll tear up but moreso you’ll love with this book. Gage and Cady’s story is so beautifully real and I hope this will be a wonderful beginning for the Cady’s and Gages all over the world. Worth the read 🥳 I received an ARC and my opinions are mine alone

This book had me going through so many emotions with the characters. It's well written, has a fantastic storyline and the characters are amazing. Cady decided to get off the couch and go for a hike in Long Valley. Hannah Lambert is her old college roommate who is now a fifth grade teacher. Cady use to be a physical therapist until a client attacked her. Gage owns the Muffin Man in Sawyer and protects those he loves. He is very muscular but is so gentle with Cady and gets her to open up to him in ways she never has before. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author via Booksprout. I also purchased a copy as I just love all of the stories of Long Valley. This was a wonderful addition to the story. The cover model is the perfect one for Gage. It was so easy to picture the scenes that were written almost like a movie script. It flowed so well that it was hard to put down. Ms. Wright just put poor Cady through the wringer with such a past that would make most women just shut down. Cady did for a while but the character had such an inner strength to her. Her inner strength matched Gage's physical strength perfectly. I loved seeing prior characters making appearances and this story had them coming back in spades. I just love "catching up with old friends". All of the characters just feel like friends that you don't what to say good-bye to. Ms. Wright has given a wonderful depth to these characters that they seem human. I can't wait to read more of Long Valley, Idaho. I wish I could move to this fictional town. While this book could be read as a stand-alone, I would start at the beginning of the series to meet all of the wonderful characters. I HIGHLY recommend this story to anyone.

A wonderful book that deals with some very sensitive subjects, Ms Wright has done it again, even better. Gage and Candy have a “meet cute” that is more like a “meet ugly’. They’re pretty much enemies at first sight, and where can they go from there but up, and do. Gage owns the bakery next door to the building Cady has bought to turn into a Smoothie and Health Food store. After several difficult meetings, they slowly develop a friendship, which then becomes a romance. The characters are well written, with realistic dialog and unique voices. The plot is complex, having enough twists to keep the reader well engaged. Ms Wright has done a masterful job of handling sensitive subjects, and made Gage and Cady come alive. Cady had bought a store front that just happened to be right beside Muffin Man.which is owned by Gage. Cady become a person who didn’t want to be touched and jump with every little thing. . Gage tried to help her He was so patients with her for a lot longer than most men .. They laughed together and had so much fun but then one night he had done all he could do, so he left it up her.. • Another fantastic story in the Long Valley series!

Such a great addition to the Long Valley series! Without giving the plot away, this story revolves around Cady, a young woman who has had more than her fair share of trauma in her life. She meets Gage as she is trying to move forward with her life. Gage has a heart of gold and is there for Cady step-by-step as she works on reclaiming some normalcy in her life. While the subject matter is serious and tragic, this story draws you in and keep you engaged throughout. Watching Cady grow and regain confidence is inspiring and uplifting, in spite of all that has happened. Gage and Cody together are really heartwarming! The town of Sawyer feels like a real small town, with characters from other stories in the series showing up too, which adds so much texture to these stories! Whether you’re new to the Long Valley series or not, you will be drawn into this story and cheer for Gage an Cady!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE LONG VALLEY SERIES! FINALLY Gabe meets someone who can tear him away from his bakery for more than a few minutes. Cady has a tough road ahead of her(you’ll have to grab a copy to find out why). But with Hannah her old college roommate and Gabe she gets through it. She even meets new friends in the process. I love the name Gabe gives her for her new shop(and it’s right next door to his.)😊 If you have read any other Long Valley series you know this ones a must!
