Nick Claus, the architect and brother of Sandy has arrived in Christmas Town, Tennessee. He is there to restore the Grand Hotel. It has been arranged for Nick to coordinate his ideas with Olivia Livingston. Olivia runs the shoppe called All Things Christmas. She was a former interior decorator who came to town after a shattering love disappointment. Her brother, Carter is the sheriff of the town. The story mixes family and personal values. It is spiced with humorous, magical, naughty and nice situations!!! Olivia and Nick are mature, loving, very likeable characters. Both have been through hurtful past relationships and are trying to keep a business atmosphere. What is ahead for them??? A surprising magical, sweet and enjoyable read!!! I volunteered to read this eBook. Thanks to the author for the opportunity. My opinion is my own.

It's Christmas in the month of March now that Ginny Baird has released the third book in this delightful series where many of the residents of this quaint little town happen to be related to Jolly Ol' St. Nick and I especially enjoy never knowing what sort of magical things will happen next. When the once magnificent Grand Hotel is in need of restoration the town needs the vision of a very talented architect from Bangor, Maine and his name is Nick Claus. When Nick meets lovely town council representative, Olivia Livingston, the sparks and ho-ho-ho's aren't the only things that start to fly around these two. This is a wonderfully lighthearted holiday read with charming and lovable characters and a sweet storyline featuring a little bit of spice and a whole lot of milk and cookies! You will love it! I read a complimentary copy of this book and all opinions expressed in my voluntary review are completely my own.

Only You at Christmas by Ginny Baird is book number two in the Christmas Town series. This is Olivia Livingston and Nick Claus' story. This is a sweet, clean, refreshing, and magical romance. A great addition to the Christmas Town series. Christmas Town and the people are so much fun to visit. The animals also provide entertainment too. Grab a cup of hot cocoa or coffee and escape into the magical world of Christmas Town with Olivia and Nick. Warning! You may get a craving for peppermint, cookies, and milk. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
  • Wonderful and Magical

Christmas Town, Tennessee is such a whimsical place to live. When restoration architect Nick Claus comes to town to spend a few months working with former interior decorator Olivia Livingston, magic happens. Nick and his sister Sandy, who is already a resident, have secret magical powers that bring joy to all. There is much goodness, laughter, giggles, lightness, and cheer amongst the town residents, and it shows by how everyone interacts with each other. They are also serious about protecting each other from any heartbreak because they are all romantics and don't want anyone hurt. I laughed out loud about subjects such as sticky notes and animals. I rejoiced at the relationship Nick and Olivia build upon, and admire the continuing happiness that previous couples in the other books in this series still have. It can be read as a stand alone, but I personally am glad that I have been reading them in the order that they were written. [I received an early copy of this book and I reviewed it voluntarily.]
