I have loved Chris Colfer since the first episode of Glee. I knew that he wrote the Land of Stories series, but just found out about this YA novel. I loved how he wasn’t afraid to discuss controversial and sensitive topics young adults face. Im being completely serious when I say I was so captured by this book that I read the whole thing in five hours. Highly recommend!

This book was more than I bargained for, but for the best. Most YA stories are the same, or lacking something. But his book was one of the best books I read. It's more than unique, with parts that made me both laugh, and cry my eyes out. This book takes me on an adventure, and it's everything I could ever ask for. I would read it twice, maybe even three times. Good job, Chris Colfer!

Chris Colfer always manages to put so much wisdom on his books in a very light kind of way. They make you reflect on subjects that you might not have thought about before and he does that in a way that doesn’t make you feel like it’s being pushed down your throat, but instead, it always serves as a inspiration somehow. In resume, he has a very unique way of writing, his books are always fantastic and Stranger Than Fanfiction is no exception. This is a book that will give its readers a significant insight on what goes on in the life of any celebrity, it reminds us that they are human too and shouldn’t be shamed for it. Alongside, it's a love letter to fans and to kids that need representation and don't usually (or never) get to have them. It touches on subjects that need to be discussed in a way that feels very organic to the reader, provoking the empathy that is so necessary nowadays. It didn’t take long to become my favorite book, it’s a beautiful story and I highly recommend it.

I have read and listened to all of Chris's books and loved them all. This one is no exception. I finished this is two days. Which if you knew me you would never believe. It drew me in right away. The characters were so easy to care about. The mystery surrounding Cash nearly drove me crazy wanting to know answers. The range of characters were so different. You don't get to read about some of the things you did in here very often. It was refreshing. My emotions were definitely put through it in the book but I am so happy it is finally out and hope more people go and buy it. Read and listen to it. So amazing. Great job Chris. Really.
