Good rainy day book

I can’t say enough about this authors writing, and she never disappoints. I spent most of this book with tears in my eyes or sliding down my cheeks. Some were happy, some were sad. Of course there were snickers, a snort or two, and laugh out loud as well. She just always pulls me in and makes me feel.

A good novel with a good ending. Not terribly compelling and with absolutely no twists or turns or the like but if you’re looking for a sweet, sometimes emotional, fun and quick read, this is it. It’s not forced, not fake, doesn’t try too hard. A cute story that is easy to enjoy.

Loved this book, so heartwarming! The dialog is sometimes so darn cute and funny. It was hard to put down----so what if dinners late? Thanks for a lovely book!!

It's got everything. Make you laugh, cry, etc.

...even though I've shunned "romance" books for decades. I really enjoyed this one as much as the one before it. It's not going to win any book prizes, but then I never enjoy the ones that have. It's just sweet, funny and engaging. I recommend this book and if you don't like it, look me up and I'll give you five bucks😉
