    A must read for anyone who is a lover of life and wants to live a full long life. I found it fascinating to read about how different communities around the world have a achieved this longevity. There are key takeaways provided and then expanded on with a full analysis of each which I found very helpful.

    Blue Zones was a great read an has always been one of my favorite books. To get a better or deeper understanding of the book, I bought a copy of this analysis/review. This book did an amazing job at finding key points and analyzing. I highly recommend this book to those that find Blue Zones fascinating.
