What a great mystery story! Love that this a mom and son duo!

Excellent story line. Right up to the end where it basically leaves you hanging without any conclusions.

I love the narrative style, it’s very personal and feels like you’re right there along with Dell as she’s telling her story, like you’re old friends. Definitely enjoyed that. Story also had good plot twists and kept you guessing! I enjoyed the mix of paranormal and murder mystery/crime solving. The paranormal was well written and fit perfectly into it all, it wasn’t overdone and truly served a purpose. Purchasing book two shortly!

This fast paced cozy murder mystery debuts what I hope is a long-lived series! I would really like to get to better know and spend mote time with Dell and her college friend Rosie at their lakeside inn. Looks like the mob isn’t done with them, so everyone must remain alert!

I was intimidated when the book began with a dictionary of Aussie terms. It was a great read - the clues were there to figure it out

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. She may well become known as the new “Thunder from Down Under”. Nicely done!

This is the first Pine Lake Mystery I’ve read. The descriptions of Australia are great along with the characters. The Aussey slang is fun to read. I doubt I’d do well in a real conversation! The is a fast paced mystery that’s truly a page turner!
